1. About us

matrimonyplugin.ssmatrimony.info is a live demo of the SS Matrimony Demo WordPress matrimony plugin, run. By using the website or creating a test account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. A demo website

• This website shows how the matrimony plugin works. It is not a real matrimony or dating service. The profiles are sample data, and we do not arrange, introduce or verify matches.
• No payments are taken. The payment screen is only a demonstration – please do not make a real payment. To try the payment step, upload any sample image as the "screenshot". If you send money by mistake, contact us right away.

3. Test accounts

• Anyone aged 18 or older may create a test account to try the member features. Like on a real matrimony website, a profile needs the legal marriageable age: at least 21 years for men and 18 years for women.
• Use test details only. Do not enter your real phone number, photos, family details or other personal information – in "About me" or anywhere else.
• Test accounts, messages and other demo data may be changed or deleted at any time without notice, because we reset the demo regularly.
• Confirm your email address with the link we send you. Accounts not confirmed within 7 days are removed.
• One person, one account. Keep your password safe – you are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Do not write phone numbers, email addresses or links anywhere in your profile, including "About me" – such details cannot be saved.
• The rules, limits and time periods of the website are also listed in your dashboard under Rules & Safety.

4. Profile and photo review

• Every new profile is checked by our team before other members can see it.
• You can add up to 4 more photos in My Photos. Every photo is checked before others see it; if a photo is not approved you see why, and it is removed after 30 days.
• We may decline, hide, suspend or remove any profile that is false, incomplete or against these terms, without giving a reason.

5. Interests and messages

• Chat opens only between members whose interest has been accepted.
• A declined interest cannot be sent again. If you withdraw an interest, you can send it to the same member again after 2 days.
• To stop spam, a member can send up to 30 messages every 10 minutes.
• Chat messages older than 3 months are deleted automatically. To keep a chat, download it as a PDF ("Download chat") before that.
• If you report a member, our team may read your chat with that member to check the report.

6. Conduct

You must not:

• upload or send anything illegal, obscene, hateful, threatening or abusive;
• harass or mislead other members, ask anyone for money, or send money to anyone you meet here;
• use other people's photos or details, or share members' details outside the website;
• use the website for business, advertising or anything unlawful, or send spam;
• try to hack, overload or disrupt the website, or collect data from it with bots or scripts;
• copy the website's design, text or code.

We may remove content or block any account that breaks these rules, without notice.

7. The plugin and this website

• The matrimony plugin, and the design, text, graphics and code of this website, belong to us and are protected by copyright. Sample images are used for demonstration only.
• Buying the plugin is covered by a separate agreement or licence shared at the time of purchase. Using this demo gives no right to copy or use the plugin.
• What we tell you about the plugin (features, price, delivery, setup) by the contact form, email or calls is for discussion only – the final terms of a purchase are agreed separately in writing.

8. Our responsibility

The website and the demo are provided "as is". We try to keep them working, but we do not promise that they will always be available, error-free or secure, and features shown may change with new plugin versions. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage from using this demo – including personal information entered despite these terms, actions of other demo users, or the website being unavailable. Emails can arrive late or land in the spam folder – please also check your dashboard.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, interests and messages. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

10. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
